I have a room available on December 1.  The room comes furnished with a single bed, desk, and closet.  It has a private entrance to a ground level floor.  

Internet access is included.  So is hyrdo.  

There are laundry facilities available in the suite.  This floor is currently shared with another person, who is a UVIC student.  

The location is in Gordon Head, in a quiet residential area, near the University, close to buses and shopping.

We are looking for a non smoking, quiet renter, with no pets, who does not party at home.  The price for this room is $430 per month.
