9 r2 o* @0 Q5 r" P* IOne night I had a dream" |4 i8 |  @! J4 `
I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
2 X: x' M; K# v6 K9 C' W# VAcross the sky flashed scenes from my life.& }! C, R' M  J, P
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,9 d5 ^! I( D: d) J0 ?' Q
one belonging to me
% f8 K- m) b* w4 tand the other to my Lord., H$ t* |, ^! m. \9 |9 r
When the last scene of my life shot before me
6 K( P! Q. \( w+ N& s& l9 bI looked back at the footprints in the sand.* C- ]7 I' g7 o2 O8 P' B& S, J- Z
There was only on set of footprints.
8 s* X& s+ t" Z  hI realized that this was at the lowest 9 e, e' @! e3 K( s; G% f3 `' Z; y
and saddest times in my life.
- Q- M2 y) p) Z8 W3 Q* `! F# F! ZThis always bothered me 5 a9 U6 F5 t* X) W% A7 h
and I questioned the Lord$ G& i0 h7 s- y* v  o" e9 P2 S7 u
about my dilemma.
2 S1 C  g$ ^) d; n- s: I9 b: s' f"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You,
& X0 ?3 W/ }* [6 Q& H, kYou would walk and talk with me all the way.; P+ J) {* X% Y/ e
But I'm aware that during the most troublesome - R8 j' V* O  E! k5 ]8 y
times of my life there is only one set of footprints.
# P9 _* t& |6 C7 E- y# VI don't understand why, when I needed You most, ' e9 m$ X2 A2 ?# e5 S1 L0 z; ^' p+ Z( S
you leave me."  m: _" z  u- \' `$ S2 x
He whispered,  "My precious, precious child,
