About us:
- A family of 6 (Technically 5 at the moment as one is on a Co-op work term)
- 4 of us are university students (2 in engineering, 1 in science, and 1 in business)
- We are always busy either studying or working
- We are environmental friendly
- We are really clean
- We are outgoing
- We are quiet
- We don't smoke nor drink
- We don't have pets
About you:
- You like quiet environments
- You like clean environments
- You like to dwell in a home-like environment
- You are environmental friendly
- You are preferably a female student
- You don't smoke nor drink
- You don't have pets ( Unfortunately, one of our member is allergic to pet hair)
About the room:
- The room is a good size bedroom
- The room is located on the second floor ( There are however, 2 rooms that you can chose)
- The room will consist a Bed
- The room will consist a Desk
- The room will consist a Chair
- The room will consist a Closet
- The room will consist a Lamp
- Free High speed Internet access (25Mbps)
- A small size fridge will be provided to store your own food
- Kitchen will be shared with our family
- Bathroom will be shared with our family who are living in the second floor
- Regular usage of Heat and Hydro will be provided
- Shared Washing machine and Dryer.( The Dryer is brand new!)
BONUS:
- Occasional rides to school(UVic/Camosun Interurban) will be offered if our time table suits.
- Free meals will be offered if we are celebrating. (We want you to feel just like home!!)
