Looking for someone who want to share this bedroom with other 2 students.I am now living in a house in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which has a balcony and a big kitchen with fridge , oven, microwave , dishes and everything, a bathroom shared with 1 person and a big living room also. Basic furniture is all included in the apartment, and A HD TV as well in the living room. Near royal roads university and the transportation is quite convenient, 2 minutes walk to the 52, 59,61 bus stop. My room is well furnitured but it will cost you $300 for the furnitures(as l have bought all the furnitures at an expensive price in stores and 300 is actually 40% off). This room has a queen size bed,a swivel chair, a very good desk with a table light, and a big closet and a small bed table. Utilities not included.
