- 一张床的房间面朝北（后院）.12 X10

- 一个单独的洗衣机/干衣机
  - 禁止吸烟
- 一只猫是OK的，但没有其他宠物
  - 最多两个停车点的院子里，更多的街边停车位
- ＃28对面的巴士站，8分钟步行至＃39路公交站

至少一年租约，每月$1580元，不包括电费，水费，8月1日可以入住。

谢谢询问！附近有维多利亚大学，道格拉斯山高中，Torquay Elementary 小学，邮局，超市，图书馆，公共汽车27，28，26，39，12 非常便利

谢谢大家啊！房子租出去了！刚开始还挺犯愁，每到2天就签完合同了！还挺有意思的，有那位朋友感兴趣的，可以交流一下经验！现在想要是不主动把租金从1500降到1400 是不是还没租出去呢？谁知道呢？
